Proposal Award DOIs

The new JGI Publication Policy requires inclusion of Proposal Award DOIs within the DOE auspice statement to improve our manuscript and impact tracking efforts. Proposal DOIs can be found at the top of the proposal info page on the JGI Genome Portal. You can navigate to the proposal info page using any of the below methods:

Search the Genome Portal

• Navigate to the JGI Genome Portal.
• Click "Advanced Search" next to the search bar.
• Using the "Search Within" dropdown, select "Proposals".
• Search for your proposal using your proposal's WIP ID (ex. 503582).
• Click on the correct proposal name on your search results page to navigate to the proposal info page.

Use a URL

• Navigate directly to the proposal info page by using the URL https://genome.jgi.doe.gov/portal/lookup?keyName=proposalId&keyValue=XXXXXX&groupOnly=1&app=Info where XXXXXX is the WIP proposal ID.
  
  Example: https://genome.jgi.doe.gov/portal/lookup?keyName=proposalId&keyValue=503582&groupOnly=1&app=Info
