Status

[February 2019] The Aureobasidium pullulans NBB 7.2.1 genome was sequenced and de novo assembled by Agroscope using a combination of long reads from Pacific Biosciences Sequel technology and Illumina MiSeq short read data. Extensive polishing and manual curation resulted in a total of 12 complete chromosomes and 1 mitogenome. The nuclear assembly was subsequently annotated by JGI.
