[May 2013] The Patellaria atrata CBS 101060 genome was sequenced using the Illumina platform and assembled with AllPathsLG release version R41043 (Gnerre et al., 2010).
Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately with AllPathsLG to produce an assembly resulted in a 252.6 X coverage assembly with 1 scaffold, 31 Kb scaffold N50, 31482 bp total scaffold and is available in the downloads section.
