Assembly v2 (January 2013) is an improved assembly of 206 scaffolds and 82.4 Mbp. Solexa gDNAs were assembled using AllPathsLG and gaps were filled with PacBio gDNAs using PBJelly and AllPathsLG module LongReadPostPatcher.
