Viewing Graphical Alignment Results

If multiple query sequences are aligned against an assembly, an intermediate page is presented to allow you to select which query sequence result set you would like to view.

Search results from assemblies with active genome portal sites are shown in a graphical format. From the graphical summary page you can select and view individual alignments, or navigate to the genome browser to view your sequence hits as they align against the genome assembly and to compare with other genomic features.

From the graphical alignment results page, you can:

• view information about the search
• zoom and navigate
• work with the hit result

Viewing Results for Multiple Query Sequences

If you submitted multiple query sequences, an intermediary page will display a list of your query sequences. Currently it is not possible to view the results of two or more query sequences simultaneously.
