Info • Syncephalis plumigaleata NRRL S24 v1.0

Status

[October 2016] The Syncephalis plumigaleata NRRL S24 genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with Falcon, and annotated with the JGI Annotation pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section.

Syncephalis plumigaleata NRRL S24 was identified to be at least a diploid. Therefore we have created 'primary' and 'secondary' allele gene model tracks in the genome browser, as well as provided downloadable files and BLAST databases for these allelic variants.
