Info • Russula brevipes BPL707 v1.0

Status

[November 2016] The Russula brevipes BPL707 genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with Falcon, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section. The transcriptome was sequenced with Illumina and assembled with Trinity.

Russula brevipes BPL707 was identified to be a dikaryon. Therefore we have created 'primary' and 'secondary' allele gene model tracks in the genome browser, as well as provided downloadable files and BLAST databases for these allelic variants.
